I guess I have venous leak , I kept increasing Trimix quantity , my compounder suggested constricting .
So I researched on here and Paul suggested jelly rings , I did some more online research , and found SCREWBALLS...cockring by OXBALLS
So I ordered some , they are amazing !
I thought the little guy was completely dead , but he even comes to life a little just with the ring on .
But they are really good for holding the juice in for awhile after injecting , I have been leaving it on until it starts to be uncomfortable , I also have been able to drop back down on dosage .

Yeah I think I might have the same thing, I am having a vascular test in August to find out for sure. I have been taking trimix for years but lately it seems to lose the erection slowly. Did the ring really help that much chuck?

My problem isn't with duration , it is with keeping the juice in after injecting .....and yes it made a world of difference .
My erections don't go down for about four hours or longer .

I use the foam sleeve and constriction band from my pump kit that I used before I got into using injections. I dont pump my penis before injecting, I just use the pump to slide the band onto the sleeve. It is more comfortable that way. I injected 10 units of trimix, last time, and waited about 15 mins. I could then take the constriction ring and sleeve off to have " wild monkey" time with my wife. I am gonna try 8 units next time and slowly see what the lowest amount of Trimix is that will do the job. My vial cost $100 delivered. I am hoping to get 25+ injections out of it.

Jtc ,I have gone down from 12 or 13 units to 8 , using my new rings , they are a lot more comfortable than the rings that come with the pumps . They seem to let blood in , but not out .....I leave it on the base for about 15 mins. then move it down over my balls also , the little guy is ready to go a few mins, later .
So I should get about 60 shots out of a 5ml vial , at $75.00 that's pretty cheap !
