Saw uro tuesday and pharmacy is mailing me 5ml prescription of trimix. Can I fill 31g syringes directly from the vial. Probably will tell that when it gets here.

You need to be careful when using a 31 g needle. I have bent several of them because I did not inject at a 90 degree angle - perpendicular to the shaft.

Swifty...
usually 5ML will be divided up between more than one vial.... each sealed with rubber and an aluminum band... you will need to remove the aluminum tab on top then penetrate the rubber seal and withdraw the number of unit you will inject.
Here is hoping you get a "just right" dose the very first time !!!
GOOD LUCK
Bill

Didn't the uro show you how to do it, or at least give you written instructions? It's pretty important, especially if you've never used a syringe before -- like me.
I also got an instruction sheet from the drug company.

Peruse the Injection Forum and you will find a lot of good instructions,
