Kaiser Permanente info and new to injections

Greetings to everyone...
I thought I'd share my experience starting out with injections and share some information about Kaiser coverage.
I've had type 2 diabetes for the last 20 years and unfortunately it has finally started taking its toll on me although I'm well under 50 years old. I've been through Cialis (totally ineffective) and Levitra (little effectiveness) therapies without success. I've also tried out pumping but found it to not be for me. So I determined injections were my next option.
I was afraid that because of my Kaiser HMO insurance they wouldn't offer injections as a treatment option. I searched online but couldn't find anyone else going through a Kaiser urologist for injection therapy. I thought I was going to have to go to one of the rip-off "Male Medical" centers for treatment. Thankfully, this was not the case!
After a quick evaluation of my medical history I was given a painless test shot (10 units) of Bimix on the spot. The urologist was amazing, he explained everything and gave me detailed printed instructions and a script for Bimix. I inquired about Trimix but he likes to start his patients on Bimix first. The injection was easy and painless but only resulted in a partial erection. He said I can increase the dose 10 units at a time until I get satisfactory results. He said he has patients that take anywhere from 10 to 60 units to get a good erection. I asked about taking Sudafed if the erection lasts to long but he said he's never heard of that working well and just to come in for an injection that will bring it down about 95% of the time.
My cost for 10ML of Bimix was $92 at the onsite Kaiser Pharmacy. I don't have prescription coverage (only medical) so that was the Kaiser cash price. My urologist has some patients that get it for $12 with Kaiser pharmacy coverage. Other local Los Angeles compounders were about twice the Kaiser price. He also said not to worry about the expire date, his patients use Bimix months past the expire date but that you may need to slightly increase the dose as the Bimix slowly weakens over time in the fridge.
Going in, I thought it was going to be a big ordeal but in the end everything worked out amazingly well.
Question: Looking at my script I see it's written for PGE1 20mcg and Phentolamine 0.5mg. Is this actually Bimix? I thought Bimix was Papaverine + Phentolamine without the PGE1?
