Been using trimix over a year now, I use 12 units per shot currently, I used to get rock hard, now I am somewhat flaccid. Should I increase my units or does this mean my veinous leakage is worse? I want rock hard again.......

When I started over two years ago, my ideal dose was also 12 units. About a year ago I started to have to slowly increase my dosage. This morning I used 45 units and achieved a 90% erection that lasted about an hour before I had to resort to my Osbon tension band in order to keep it up. Either my leakage has increased or my system has become somewhat immune to Trimix.

R2,

Like Dt .. A year or two (or 3 .. geeze is it that long?) I was using around 10-15 trimix ( 12.5mcg pge1/30pap/1 phent)...

That was easily good for two-three hours of wicked hardness -- sometimes achingly so if I did not watch the units..

Lately after steady years of use I am using around 20-25 units of a much stronger formula and it gets fairly hard but not the same - and only for an hour or two.

BUT I think the main reason is that I have become a couch potato and are not getting down in the gym for cardio and weights anymore. So less cardio and less good blood flow. I know I should .. just have not for the last year or so.

I guess I should see if that makes a difference by getting back on it .. what with spring and summer coming up...

After almost a year I have the same problem. I am at 35 to 37 now for about a 1 to 1 1/2 hour erection. I did notice that my erections were harder after I got a new batch and as time passed they were slightly weaker. Maybe I should engage in more sex in order to keep the batch fresh. lol

I have been using Trimix for 3 months with less than satisfactory results until last night. Even after having my doctor increased the dose from 500 to 600, my erections were still wimpy. They were too soft and would peter out in 20 minutes. I decided to experiment (by myself) with the technique and found that using a cock ring gave me rock hard erections that lasted almost 2 hours if I left the cock ring on. I experimented with removing the ring at 1 hr and my erection immediately started to fade. I put the ring back it returned to full strength for the next hour. Next time I will try it out with my wife of 50 yrs.

I have had ED since a BMT for leukemia 21 yrs ago. It is worse than have a chemo brain..:-)
I am excited to get some life back in my love making skills. If this doesn’t work well I am going for the implant
