2 questions
First off my trimix now comes in about a dozen or so little vials instead of the 2 it used to be, pharmacy said it was so you were not injecting the same bottle so many times. Question 1 is how do I get every last drop out of the vial when it is almost empty? Any tricks to it? Second question is after prostate removal 1 1/2 years ago I am having trouble ejaculating pee when I orgasm, it was almost stopped about the 1 year mark but is getting worse again, should I do more kegels or what?
Re: 2 questions
I think you'll have to waste a little of each vial when it's almost used up. I try to just barely get the tip of the needle through the stopper and draw out virtually all the mixture. I then try to remove any air that gets into the syringe that way.
I'd try to find a different compounder to get back to the larger vials, or possibly complain to them about their packaging.

I am sure there are a lot of people here who have had prostate removed, what are you guys doing about ejaculating urine when you orgasm? I can't be the only one?

I'm almost 2 years out from prostate removal. I did have incontinence pretty bad at first but it is under control now (although I don't think anyone is ever quite the same because controlling it is now a conscious effort). But I never really did have a problem ejaculating urine.
How long ago did you have it removed? If it hasn't been too long, I would say wait 6 months or a year and see if it gets better.
As for the problem in general: My best guess is that everyone is different, and that the side effects from prostate cancer treatment will vary in intensity and are not predictable. Have you asked your uro about it?
RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.

A good thing about using a credit card is you can dispute the transaction and not pay it til it's resolved satisfactorily.
I've always heard that tri-mix is shipped cold and otherwise, it could go bad.
I wish more compounders would sell it in kit form like mine does. I mix the saline solution with the tri-mix powder when I'm ready to use that bottle.
My compounder doesn't ship out-of-state, but I wish they would.
I wonder if regulations are a lot tougher for out-of-state shipments?
I plan to ask them next time I'm by there.

The PGE-1 in Trimix is sensitive to higher temps. The Pap and Phent are not (BiMix can be shipped without refrigeration for example).
I assume the gal did not mean the Trimix was sitting on her desk for 4 days .. just that it was packed off in the fridge -- right?
Trimix will lose effectiveness over time if left at room temp, but from anecdotal stories here from people who did not know it had to be refrigerated had not had any problems when they finally put it in the fridge and continued to use it.
Keeping it cool would help keep bacteria from growing of course, but then again it is a sterile vial to begin with -- not hamburger juice -- so it is not going to go bad in a day -- the PGE-1 would probably conk out before bacteria would ever be a problem.
The only other thing I can think of is that if your got anxiety over the fact that it was no longer cold when you got it and also got the notion that it might not work, well, adrenaline/anxiety/worries can shut down even the best trimix shot.
Give it another shot .. and another .. but then, yeah, maybe dispute the purchase and get a new batch.
