Painfull Injections etc.

Ok guys after just 14 months of injecting I have noticed that it is kind of painfull when I insert the needle. I never had a problem before. I did recently change formulas because my original formula was taking too much for an erection according my my uro. He put me on a more potent formula. I might mention that the pharmacy sent different needles. That is when I first noticed the difference. I also have noticed a bit of resistance when inserting the needle. I do get erections that last about 1 1/2 hours with about 17 units. I alternate sides.
I probably should also mention that I have noticed a very slight curvature to the left when erect. I am a bit concerned about that because of things I have read on here.
What your thoughts?

My thoughts are you sound like a carbon copy of my situation..After just 10-11 months of injecting, and many times only once a week during that year....I noticed the last 2-3 times I injected, the erections were not as firm and didn't last as long....then I noticed in the middle of obtaing an erection, it was bending towards the left, but when fully erect it was straight.....I literally ran to a Peyronies specialist....who examined me and said I had minimal scarring, but caught it early..I had a 5 degree bend to the left with some hour glass effect...( Google Peyronies and head to the Peyronies forum) he advised me to stop injecting...he prescribed a medication that has shown to have good results with early scarring from becoming plaque and thus full blown Peyronies... The medication is Pentox or Trental 400mgs BID (same medication) along with Vitamin E, CoQ-10 and L-Arginine....If you want more info PM me...Bottom line is get to your URO Doc and get examined...if he/she is good and familiar with Peyonies they can feel the scarring. ( My Doc didn't want to do a doppler for fear of doing more damage by another injection)...However...ALL IS NOT LOST!!..THere is a lot of info of men who develop scarring as a result of injections..The standard protocol is to stop injecting for 3-4 months....take oral treatments and do VED therapy daily..THe scarring can be stopped or even reversed...mine is much much better..I had a hard pea size nodule in the side of my penis that's now gone. My Peyronies Doc and my Doc who prescribes the injections consulted...and they both agreed I could resume injecting...but only in a few months, (It's been 2 months already since I last injected) once a week and continue the oral/VED treatment>>and oh yea, they both wanted me to agree I understand the risks if I even inject once a week and follow the treatment....Good luck..GET EXAMINED!!!...

Qc,
You can always go back and Edit your prior posts ... click on the little EDIT icon up in the right corner while looking at the post you made. It only shows up if you are logged in (and of course if it is your own post). I use it all the time.
OCDingly yours...

WOW! How did this go from my problem with injections to the problems with spell check.
Anyway, got a call into my uro. Haven't heard back yet. So in the mean time what's a horny old man to do.
