For it to burn when injecting bimix. Sometimes this happens, and it makes me wonder if I hit the right spot, also, I use a small syringe. 31G and I believe 5/16". Is this long enough. Not that I have a large unit, I do not.

Where is the burning sensation? At the point of injection or somewhere else?

With Trimix, most guys feel a burning at the very tip of the penis within a second or two of injection. I take this as a sign of success. If it doesn't burn, I know I missed the spot.

I found out it's just the opposite with me. This has happened before, and I did not get much of reaction when i got this burning sensation. Because I could feel some resistance pushing down on the plunger. I injected 25 units today, and it did not burn it all, and it went in easily. I injected on the right side towards the back, about 2 o'clock. Trying to find that just right dose. 25 units was still too strong as I was hard for 3 hours. Going to try 20 units next time. I think I have been thrown off the two times I had failure thinking it was a dosage problem. I now think it was because I missed the mark! Still feeling some residual effects 3 1/2 hours later. I guess 18 to 20 units will give me a nice 1 1/2 hour erection.

Ok, so this is not a good thing. I'm guessing that I probably did not go deep enough.

Going to try 15 units today to see what this does. 25 was way too much. After an hour and half an erection gets old, starts to be painful.

Slip,

The good thing out of the bad 3 hr E is you know the stuff works great for you. For me it was 30u the first time by the doc and I let him do that even tho I had doubts it was gonna be too much. Sure enough a steel hard erection after a few minutes. Doc took a look and said Looks Good. And as I was trying to stuff it all back into pants, said Good Luck with that! Funny doc. Also when I had gone into the office (in a big clinic ) the waiting room was empty. When I came out a half an hour later it was filled with women and mothers and their teenage girls it waiting (must have been after school appt times). Luckily I had brought a folder with me to help shield things as I sidled out .. not that I was not wicked proud of it....

After that I tried 20u and that still gave 3-4 hrs. Then 15 and that was a few hours so finally it as 10u as the good amount of Trimix. ( and not really strong trimix -- only 12,5mcg PGE-1),

So you are close ... keep trying.

J

Jim, the stuff works great for me. Think I'm going to try 10 next time. I have had two failures, but I now attribute that for missing the spot. I don't think I went in far enough with the needle.

Right now I'm on Quadmix. Definitely get a reaction, Get erection but still just not a full enough one. I have always felt bloating pressure/pain/whatever (not sure you can call it burning), inside the penis, in the area of the injection, as I press down the plunger. Lasts for maybe 5+ seconds I have never felt pressure/pain/burning anywhere near the head...
