Papaverone- new rules...again

I've filled my perscription 3 times now and everytime there are new rules. First time it came in 2 vials and had to be refrigerated so I bought a special cooler to carry it when traveling. I was instructed to draw .5 units from the vials. Second time it had to be frozen and came in 10 tiny vials. I drew .5 units and then resealed the vial as before. This last time I was told the compounding pharmacy would no longer be preparing my medication because a pharaceutical company was now doing it. My perscription was filled with 5 small vials with 2ml each. The pharmacist repeatedly warned me to only draw the prescribed .5 units and throw away the remainder. It seems the new vials are not steril for a second use. The cost originally was $140. and now due to the continued changes will increase the cost to $300. Any one had similar experience?
