Injections and Cock Rings

Hello,

I need some advice about how to use injections with the cock ring. The reason:

Trimix and now QuadMix has not been able to give me a satisfaction consistently. I get about 60-70% erection with the injection alone, and this lasts briefly - for about 15 minutes and then literally deflates (venous leak is the culprit here).

While contemplating the final frontier (implants), I tried the injections with the cock ring and got satisfactory results - which increased the erections to about 90%, but i had to remove the ring quickly because it was getting painful.

I also know that one cannot keep the ring on for more than 20-30 minutes.... so given this restriction etc, what is the best way to use the ring and injection... for example:

1. when is it a good time to put on the ring - before injection? and given that the wife and I like some foreplay, how do we factor it into the order of foreplay, ring, injection, etc?

2. how long should I leave the ring on?

3. is it better to remove the ring before one ejaculates (the first and only time I used it -- it was awkward for wifey and myself and in the state of anxiety, I ejaculated -- but the interesting this is no ejaculate came out. I read this can be a consequence of using the ring)

I have been using Trimix for about three years but over the last six months it has become less effective. I now get about a 75 to 85% erection which I can use during foreplay for up to 30 minutes. However, when it comes time to achieve an orgasm, I slip on my Osbon which brings my erection up to 100% and proceed to orgasm/ejaculation. When I do ejaculate, I have to try hard to get the semen past the band and then only a small amount. Accordingly, when I remove the band, a much larger amount seeps out. I have learned to have tissues available for this process.

Once the band is slipped on, I know I only have 20 to 30 minutes before my erection looses sensitivity and starts to ache.
