I think I need a syringe that will hold more than a 50unit injection. Does anyone else use a syringe with higher units? 50 units equals .50ml, i believe. Moonman

Pharmacy provided me with BD Insulin Syringes, 1ml, 30 gauge. Holds up to 100 units.

I did a quick search and found this.
http://www.atlanticmedsupply.com/needle ... 29g-x-1/2/
I'd check at Walmart to see if they have any 1cc jobs first.

BD Ultra-FineTM Needle 12.7 mm (1/2”) x 30 G
Capacity
1 mL (100 unit) 1/2 mL (50 unit) 3/10 mL (30 unit)
Catalog No.
328411
328466
328431
My preference is the 100 unit, 1/2 inch, 30 gauge syringe - 328411
Long enough to reach the target, thin enough to reduce pain, and strong enough not to bend easily
