Trimix and weight loss

Has anyone noticed any weight loss with Trimix?
I have been using Trimix since about 3 months and I have lost about 5 lbs, Nothing else like diet, activities, etc have changed. I could not find anywhere mention about weight change with ingredients of Trimix on the web search.

After using it for 3 years the only thing I've notices is that my penis shaft is much thicker qwhere I inject

Five pounds doesn't mean much, assuming you are of average weight. Most people can vary that much from morning to night.

I think the red flag starts going up when you lose around 10% of your body weight for no obvious reason.
