Flu like symptoms with PGE1

Hi all,
basically I have been using caverject for ed prescribed, it worked fine at first.. now, after it wears off I get really hot and start shaking, for a couple of hours or until I take paracetemol

the only thing I have changed is,

I dropped doxycycline for acne, could it be doxy is keeping some infection at bay that caverject exasperates?

I added in periactin (cyproheptadine) for appetite increase, could it cause a clash?

very weird as I have used caverject before with no issues, maybe injected 10 times overall, and first 7 were fine

papaverine alone does not cause this, just caverject at any dosage

Flu-like symptoms have been reported with prostaglandins. May be reduce the dosage.
