I injected with trimix about a week ago and recently discovered that I had dropped one of the vials on the floor near the stove. I'm assuming the alprostadil has become denatured. Has this become BIMIX by defualt (since BIMIX doesn't require refrigeration)?? I've never experimented with bimix but thought this might be a way to try it without having to go through the hassle of getting an appt with Urologist and having a new script written on something that may not even work.
Thoughts?
Trimix left out turn to Bimix??

Git...
I have never heard of one element of trimix becoming "denatured".
What I would do would be to check the vial to be SURE that it is NOT cloudy, nor anything other than just looks like clean, clear water.
If it does, I would not hesitate to inject for a test.

I left my first vial unrefridgerated and after a month it was still working albeit a little less effective.
