Probably both the drugs and the needle prick injury are causes for scarring and Peyronnes. But which one of the two would be more responsible to be the cause of scarring?

Could be both based on things I have read. My urologist recently advised that not alternating sides for injections can cause scarring, implying that the injection itself was the culprit, but not sure. Will have to ask on my next visit in six months.

Does your injection contain papaverine? The papaverine increases the chances of scarring.

Has anyone developed scar tissue or Peyronne's from Alprostadil alone or from BiMix?

I read in many articles that papaverine cause fribose, my uroloogista is of the same opinion. I apply trimix for 7 years and I have no scar. I apply the injections in the side and left of the penis and in 5 different points.
