I picked up my Trimix scrip last week and tried my first injection today.

The formula is: 29.4mg/1mg/10mcg
Pap/ Phen/ PGE

The dosage is 0.35 prescribed but after reading a lot about experiences here, I injected a safe 0.20 for the first time.
The results were only little better than in the Doc's office. Next attempt will be as prescribed.

From what I've read that seems to be "garden variety" formulation. I DO see other formulations where the PGE is much higher. Which of the three is the real "wood-maker?"

Inject every other day and increase it each time a little bit until you get it dialed in.

Make sure you are consistant with injecting each side every other time and you are getting the needle deep enough for the juice to hit the right spot.

Plump up with some stimulation, porn, or what ever works for you, inject and massage it in. You will be amazed at how well it works.

I ended up at .5 before I was able to get some good results, everyone is different on what works for them.

Update: I have moved up to .55 with little improvement beyond .45. I'm going to see about getting the formula changed. Which part(s) would likely be boosted to increase the efficacy (time AND rigidity)?

One PITA is that the sript was 5ml in 5 1ml vials. Obviously, if the dose is beyond.5 there is less than a dose left in the vial. Is it simple enough to transfer to another vial using a syringe?

To complicate matters, my URO changed practices here and has not even begun scheduling at his new place.

On my formula, the PGE is the larger number although it is rated in mcg which I assume is smaller amount than mg.
I'd opt for a formula with a higher amount of PGE.
Mine is:
45mcg PGE, 27mg PAP, 1mg PHENT
I don't know what each ingredient does, but I've read here what they all do.

JayD, a lot depends on how strong your formula is. When I started out, my URO had me on such a weak formula that I had to inject the entire 1 ml syringe to get any effect. So don't be discouraged. Slowly increase the amount you inject until you experience success. After that, talk to your doc about a stronger script so you can get the same result from less medicine.
