Just wondering, is anyone here using a Trimix with an Aprostadl / PGE-1 higher than 40mc/ml, and if so what is your usual dosage (in units) on the diabetic Iml syringe..?

Alternatively, if others can also mention their prescription strength and dosage, that would be helpful for others trying to dial their prescription in.

Mine is a bit stronger. It's 45mcg and I'm using around .15ml (15 units) a pop.
I get a pretty long lasting erection, but it dissipates when I get out of bed.

Mine is 10 mc/ml and I'm doing 40-60 units. I started at 16, went to 20, then 25, then 30. A month or so ago I did 40 and then another 20 after my orgasm. I was a bit scared, but everything was fine. I did the same thing yesterday and popped two Sudafed after about 2.5 hours. I was deflated in about half an hour.
