Drop of blood in syringe after injection?

I have been noticing that there is a tiny amount of blood in the syringe once I take it out fully from my penis (I do not do the "pull back to see blood method") - Is this an indication that I got into the CC? Because I have noticed that my injections sometimes do not work even when the blood appears.
Is it possible that sometimes the medication is simply not doing the same work it does at other times? Or is a failure probably because you haven't gotten it through the tunica?

Good day,
I have been injecting PGE E1 a couple of years now and have noticed this ( blood ) many times. Seems to be a normal occurrence and a good indication of a well placed shot unless someone can weigh in differently. A few times I have had zero results but suspect the blame was too many glasses of wine prior or stress/ lack of mood to blame. Weak medicine could also factor in I imagine. I never try to draw blood but rather just just by the smoothness of the plunger compression.

I too get a small amount of blood as well when I inject (30G insulin syringe) Edex. I've been injecting for about 15 years (moving a lot of semen!). My Edex is working fine for this 72 year old

I always draw back, to get a little blood in syringe---
do you think that is a bad thing???
I have moved to other side when I don''t get blood-then draw back,
get a touch of blood, and then send it home.

Blood is a sign that you have hit the target. It's a good sign.
