effects while lying down

I am sure this topic has been discussed before, but wanted to re-visit. I use Bimix. I notice that if I lay down on my back the erection rigidity drops off after 10 mins or so. (the wife likes to be on top) while standing its fine.
Is this a common issue with the injections?
Does this happen for those of you taking Trimix too?
If i stand up then it comes back. I take about 34 units and don't really see any difference if I increase the amount although I've never injected more than 40 units. Increasing doesnt have any positive affect other than the time it takes for the erection to start.

would like some opinions or suggestions on this from Bimix and Trimix users.
(PS. i have not tried Trimix yet. My doctor doesn't think I should since my one and only use of Trimix was in gel form, and i got a lot of pain.)

It's strange, but I have the opposite experience with tri-mix.

I get my best erections from trimix while doing it doggy style. When the wife climbs on top the erection decreases, and then I have to stand up at the side of the bed for a minute or two, then it regains its original very hard hardness.

What effects are you having when having sex in the missionary position?

I would discuss this with your doctor and increase the dosage. I mean a stronger formula, not more units necessarily. At their best, Trimix and Bimix are supposed to keep you very hard for a predictable length of time. If you increase the amount of medication you're currently using you may see your erection stay harder longer, at least in the standing position as you describe it.

However, gaining more firmness with a stronger formula could possibly resolve the issues you're having with losing the erection while lying on your back. I'm no doctor, but it sounds like an issue of a decrease in blood flow when you lie down. Maybe a stronger dose will offset that.
