ive had two compounding pharmacies in Michigan stop compounding any sterile injectable.

diplomat in flint, transferred me to real health pharmacy- who said they didn't do injectable - sent me to keystone - and just got a letter today from keystone in grand rapids that they will stop as of jan 1st. will transfer to wellness in Alabama

all said because of the government oversight and increased regulation at both state and federal level, after the New England compounding center disaster.

anyone one else starting to see this trend.

I was receiving my ri-mix and Bi-mix from Empower Pharmacy in Houston TX sent to me by US Mail. It was sent as a dry powder in one vial and a sterile liquid in a 2nd vial with instructions on how to mix it. Doesn't need to be refrigerated until it is mixed.

What is the cost and formulation of that mail order mix from Texas? My trimix is getting more and more expensive here in Arizona, and I know there must be a way to get this stuff from a lab that does huge amounts.

DD, I live here also and get my tri-mix from community clinical pharmacy in the Banner Desert Hospital complex on Dobson Rd near the 60 fwy. Their price hasn't changed sine I've dealt with them over 2 years.
