Duration of BIMIX erections

I currently inject between 10 and 30 units of BIMIX with varying results. I have achieved 5 hour erections with 10 units, and other times, 2 hour erections with 30 units …..And all sorts of results in between those extremes. Before my ED issues, I was used to hours and hours of sex, so the initial 4 and 5 hour erections did not seem that out of the ordinary to me, and my urologist said that if I were engaged in sexual activity for this amount of time, I was ok, but I was of course at the upper limit of what is ok. He said that 3 or 4 hour erections are an issue when you have stopped activity, and they won’t go away, or if they hurt. I read of many guys getting 45 minutes to 2 hours out of BIMIX and my question is regarding erection duration: Am I wrong to target 3 or 4 or even 5 hours? Are people who are getting 1 hour, doing so because of a personal preference, or is there a “personal limit” regarding what can be achieved? Could the 2 hour guy take twice as much and be the 4 hour guy? Or would he still max out at 2 hours (as I max out at 5 hours)? I’ve never had an erection that would not go away, but I have had a couple of close calls, where I was doing knee bends and taking cold showers, but it always eventually subsided. I am also hoping my varying results are based on how old my mixture is, how much I’ve been masturbating or how much alcohol I’ve consumed. This might seem like a dumb question, but I’ve never seen any referenced to anyone “fine tuning” the dosage to prolong erections to get as close to (but not exceeding) the “safe limit”

i too use bimix at the standard mix of 30/1. i generally like a two hour erection so to have some foreplay time and also plenty of time having sex. i have tried increasing from my normal dosage of about 35 units up to 40 unites but don't really see any difference. my first time at the uro was with 20 units and it lasted about 1.5 hours but with no stimulation. my uro said to increase as i desired as more would indicate a stiffer erection as well as extended duration. i haven't tried above 40 units.

as far as length of time, i don't really want a 4 hour erection, just one that stays very firm for the two hours or so. for me, when i lay down on my back the erection tends to subside some even with stimulation. if i stand or go upright then it does come back. like you sometimes it lasts longer than others but i don't think its ever gone beyond 3 hours. (i generally go to sleep with an erection). its never been painful as the priapsm warning states so i don't worry.

PS i had a prostetectomy in march 2015 so ED is very common. prior to surgery i didnt have ED. to date though, pills dont help much but i do see a slight improvement. hopefully i will get off injections at some point.

I am on a 30-2-20 trimix formula and I need 70 units for an erection of 6-7 quality lasting about 75 minutes. So far for me, increasing the units has increased the duration but not the erection quality. I am going to work my way up to 100 units and see what happens. I have never had a case of priapism since starting injections, or even a close call. I am hoping to get the erection up to the 8-9 quality.
