I can't thank you guys enough. I spent at least 10 hrs reading all the posts. Then, had ED specialist appt. He prescribed 30mg papaverine/2 mg phentolamine/20 mcg (0.2 ml) PGE1 using a 31g 5/16" needle. The prescr doesn't state how many ml, only "as presc by your doc". What do you think? He is having me come in next wk to show me how to inject & sit around for 2-3 hrs to assure I don't have pria-whatever.

I think the first dosage is hit or miss (pardon the pun) on the first couple of tries I think with that mix he will start you out with 10 or 20 units. You might ask about using an auto-injector - it does take a lot of the stress out of the actual shot. Good luck. I've had tremendous success with injections for past 18 months - only a couple of aborted missions. I'm rock hard for 90 minutes - 2 hours and the gf loves it.

I am now on the same prescription as you. My 1st was 30/1/10. I have been on your prescription few month ago and only last week did I have a satisfactory outcome and sex. I found the AutoJect EI made a big difference. I have a bad tremor.

Consider starting your dosage at 5-10 units and then build from there. The medicine works differently for all of us. Some guys need only a couple units, some need 100 units (seriously). The tradeoff is once you get the dosage dialed in Trimix is a wonderful thing.

When I went to the URO I didn't get enough information and I didn't know what questions to ask. If you already have injection stuff I'd take it with you and have him explain about doses and what the measurements mean on the needles. You'll see a lot of different references on the site and it can be confusing. (at least to me)
