My wife and I both have used them and have had problems getting every prescription from them for various reasons. They got my credit card expiration date recorded incorrectly and I had to "correct it" 3 times before it was corrected then they got my credit card number transposed and that took either 2 or 3 corrections before it was not a problem.
I am thinking about changing to Talon Compounding Pharmacy in San Antonio TX in the future.

I have a current script in with Empower. Have renewed it 3 times so far. Slight problems the first time thru, but no problems after that. I call them, they charge my card, delivery about 2-3 days later. You must have just gotten caught in a string of errors. They only have 2 mixes tho, and won't compound Trimix or Bimix in anything else.
Empower is one of the few that ship in powder form and you reconstitute it. If you know their mix works for you, they will discount multiple vials and you only pay one shipping charge. Since the powder does not need refrigeration, it can be stored and mixed when you need it. FYI - Don't know where you are, but Talon cannot is not licensed to ship to FL and some other states.
Anyone got any experience with Zion pharmacy, Florida? They also ship only powder.
