dosage of trimix with continued use

I know it varies with each person.
But do most of you find after injecting for some time, you are now:
1. Using less units than when first started
2. using the same number of units as first started
3. using more units than when first started?

If less or more units than when first started (after dosage was stabilized), by how many units has the dosage changed?

As you suggested, there is no standard for what you are asking. The drug affects everyone differently. As you gain experience with Trimix, you may learn that you can inject say, 5 units for 15 minutes of masturbation, 10 units for 30 minutes of vaginal penetration, 15 units for 60 minutes of vaginal sex, or 30 units for 2 hours.

Later on you may discover you can achieve the results you want while injecting less, or you may develop a tolerance for the drug and need to inject more.

There's no way to predict what will happen for you. However, some longtime users of the drug may weigh in with anecdotal information that could be interesting to you.

During first year, I was able to reduce my dose from 45 units to about 12 units. Over the following years, I have had to triple the strength and increase the dose up to over 50 units and still only get an 85% erection.

In my experience there is definitely some fall off in the effectiveness of the drug(s). 3-4 years ago I started injecting weekly sometimes twice a week. I noticed at the 1 year mark, the erections were less firm, I had difficulty ejaculating and sometimes couldn't maintain an erection beyond 10 minutes. I did not increase the dose but asked the Doc for a stronger dose. However, he said I was on the strongest formulation. I had to stop injecting because I developed fibrosis and went back to pills, with daily VED pumping. I was able to do just fine with 5mgs of Cialis daily ,and 100mgs of sublingual Viagra 1 hour prior to sex. Now I was also on a blood thinner (Pentox) to resolve the fibrosis and prevent future scarring. The URO I went to for that was a specialists in Peyrones. He said the Pentox would help the erections and it sure did. I was able to be off injecting for over a year, until he took me off the Pentox. The fibrosis resolved itself and he said I could go back to injecting but only once a week. So for the past 6 months I've been injecting at my old dose of 12-14 units once a week, sometimes twice. The last 2-3 times I started noticing the erections were not as firm. I have cardiovascular disease which is the cause of my ED. Literature says my arteries are probably getting worse despite a vegan diet, consistent exercise, never smoked controlled BP,etc...My point is I do think our bodies develop a tolerance to Trimix.. If you have the discipline to not inject for 2-4 weeks and then go to inject..I venture to say you will notice a firmer erection. It is really discouraging when you start having that ED anxiety again even after you injected. When I first went back to injections, I loved that relaxed calm feeling of just enjoying sex without even thinking about whether my dick would get and stay hard. I find over the past week I start worrying about getting and keeping an erection even while injecting....Makes me almost consider an implant..key word..."almost". I am holding off as long as possible increasing the dose to see if that's more effective..but in the back of my mind I know I'm just shoveling sand against the tide...and I'm only 61...go figure..
However, there seems to be a fair amount of guys on this board that have been injecting for several years if not longer with their same original dose and it works just fine for them, sometimes lower...so it can also be a very independent response to how Trimix effects you over the long haul..

After initial trial-and-error, I started in at 9 units. Saw diminishing results after a year. More trial and error — up to as much as 24 units. Then added a cock ring for the penis only. It helped. I'm now steady at 12 units, which is effective for at least 90 minutes.
