New guy here. Had my first shot in docs office and erection lasted about 1 1/2 hours and then given a shot to bring me down. Lowered my script to 10 1 3 (not sure of the correct dosage terminology). Injected at home for the first time and all was well. Lasted a good hour. Injected yesterday and had pain almost immediately. Sex was good but erection would not go down. Took 3 sudafed and applied ice. At 3 1/2 hours went to ER. Finally after 5 hours, IV, morphine and shot in the penis, doc had to take blood out and it finally went down. This morning still sore and all black and blue. Not sure if the injections are for me.

Steve,
Can't say why you did well (1 hr) one time and second it hurt like hell and lasted 5+ ... sometimes it happens and its been reported here numerous times.
Plus any trip to the ER with such would sure be off-putting. Yeah, willy is gonna be sore for a week or two so do not try again until you are healed.
You did not say actually how much you injected any of these times. Do you know?
Bone up on the lingo or ml's, cc's and units so you know.
Also there is no Trimix formula with 10 - 1 - 3 values.
That might be 10mcg PGE-1 .. 1 mg Phent and 30 (thirty not 3) mg Papaverine.
See if it says that on the bottle. 10 - 1- 30 would be about half of full strength Trimix.

Prescription calls for .10cc of PAP30/ PHE3/ PGE100. Is that a normal dose or too strong. I have no idea.

The problem with most doctors is that they directly jump to prescribing Trimix rather than trying PGE-1 alone first. With PGE-1 there is less chance of priapism and scarring(mostly occurs due to papaverine in trimix)

Next month I hit the 2 year mark on taking trimix. I've had one 7 hour erection, 3 six hour erections, and 5 five hour erections. I never have gone to the emergency room, and have discovered that strenuous physical activity like jogging around my property and weight lifting have resolved the priapism nicely.
The only side affect so far has been a very slight bend of my erect penis to the right, and it's barely discernible.
Now I manage the dosages fairly precisely and only about once a month do I get an annoyingly long duration erection.
My dosage of 11 to 12 units, (.11 to .12 ml), at the strength of 20-1-7, will typically last 2 to 3 hours.

Your dosage seems strong to me, as mine is PGE 7, PHE 1, PAP 20. I use .11 or .12cc. My erection quality is around 98%.

Greetings,
I'm one of the PGE E1 users and I use 40 mcg strength and 50 units or less ( can do 15 just fine ) and have great results and no priapism in my 2 years of use .

Steve,

OK so now you have given us another mystery. No sane doctor would prescribe such a formula -- at least not per ml of water. Pap 30 ... ok .. Phent 3 ... have never seen more than .5 or 1 or 2 mg .. Then PGE1 .. some guys have had 50mcg/ml .. never saw 100mcg/ml
One other explanation for your formula is: every so often they list the TOTAL amount of each ingredient for a certain number of mls of water. So if you had a 3ml water vial that might mean 10mg/ml Pap, 1 mg/ml Phent and 33mcg/ml PGE-1. Not an unreasonable formula but kinda low on Pap.
Another explanation is the 30pap and 3mg Phent are per ml .. but you read the last part wrong since the ingredient is called "PGE1" and then some 2 digit number after that like 10 or 20.
Best you check with your Pharmacist and take really really good notes. In fact have him write out the formula -- in really good legible printing!

Wow, if you're really at 100 PGE1 then you're injecting rocket fuel. Usually the max on PGE1 is 40 and below. Are you working with a general practitioner, urologist, or men's clinic?
