Anyone else get a big bubble after thawing Trimix already loaded in a needle? I find I waste about 5 units getting the bubble out.

Why is it necessary to freeze the syringes?
It's more common to load, say, a week's worth, and keep them in the fridge, not the freezer. That shouldn't dent their potency in any measurable way.
On the other hand the trimix vial from which you fill your syringes is often kept in the freezer. That's what I do with mine, and thaw it each week when I fill a new batch of syringes. However, you can find users on this board who keep both the syringes and the vial in the fridge, and say they don't notice any big change in effectiveness.
I'm guess some other FT readers will weigh in with details of their own chill/freeze routines.
