Is this long enough for a BiMix injection and should I put 1/2 on opposite sides of the joint?

I can't use the 5/16" ones, but some guys here do. I'd stick (no pun) with the 1/2" ones.

Wonder if I can get a 31 mm needle that's 1/2" then I get the length and not the size. It sort of hurts a little. I inject HGH with the 3-/5/16 and can't feel a thing.

i use a 30g 1/2in syring. seems to work fine. make sure that your angle or approach is about the 2 o'clock angle. this helps hit the spot.
after injecting, massage the area from base to tip for 15s-20s or so. this will move the meds throughout both sides. no need to inject partials in both side.

Thanks for that I have been putting half on each side less bruising.

I've been using 30 gauge, 1/2 inch needle. It works well and i can hardly feel it when I hit the right spot, which is maybe 90% of the time. Have learned to back off and try a different site nearby when I encounter resistance. Have had 2 incidents of bruising in recent months. uro says not a problem. She also advised that there is no benefit to injecting on both sides, that doubling the number of injections that way only increases risk of scarring.
