shrinkage and penis stretchers ???

Hey guys, its been a while since I've been on line here and of course I have a question; from birth (I think) I had a natural curvature to my penis (congenital curvature) which through recent research I found to be quite normal. Anyway about 20 years ago or so the wife admitted to me intercourse was/could be painful to her because of the curvature, although minor from my recent research, what I discovered is that the actual problem was I was hitting or partially penetrating her cervix. Any way I went to a few urologists and settled on one that could straighten my shaft, basically the same techniques used for peronies disease which left me about an inch shorter. Ok no Problem she was happy and I wasn't hurting her during intercourse.
Fast forward 25 years I developed ED from back surgery and opiod use for pain management. After the ED pills stopped working I ended up with injections nearly two years ago, which brings me to the reason for the post...
I originally went to one of those men's health centers where they guarantee an erection or your money back for a ridiculousness amount of money. Since then I got a urologist that prescribed Tri-Mix which had been working Ok but not as good as the Quad Mix. Over the last few months my erections have gone from full attention for me which usually stand proud at about 11 clock to now about 90 degrees or less straight out (I have an appointment in about two week) to twerk the formula, hopefully.
My question is has anyone tried or does anyone use on of these penis stretching devices such as this one:
https://www.x4labs.com/peyronies-disease-treatment/because it appears I am shrinking in length compared to what I was when I first started injections, do they work? Has anyone had experience with them?
Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated!!

6gauge,
Good to see you back ... with questions.
I think you will find that the shorter length might be due to lower EQ (erection quality)...
Unless you still think it is as hard as ever ?
Also remember an erection is not only produced on the outside visible part of the penis but all the way back in to ,,, wherever it starts. If all that is not erecting then would stand to reason that a little shortening would occur.
That said ... take a search for velcro and see the straps you can use to boost ol Willie back up some.

Jim,
Thanks for the reply, yes the erection quality is definitely not what it was with the quad mix I believe but dont quote me something like two thirds of your penis is actually not visible outside the body and I can feel the difference that I'm not totally hard all the way in. Although the head still engorges.
I'm more concerned that the scarring from the surgery, and now any possible scarring from injecting might be contributing to it. The surgeon basically created scar tissue like you would get with Peyronie's but in Reverse to pull the penis down straight. That's why I was thinking about one of those stretchers they seem in theory that they would work?

Hey 6gauge! The answer, based on what i read is yes, they do work. There is a lot of you have to read a bout them, to make sure you know what you are doing, and you have to be careful not to use too much tension, and take breaks so the glans does not get cut out of circulation. I am a member of the peyronies society forum, and there are more members there using the stretcher there due to their condition, although a lot of the members here would benefit from it also.
There is even a paper from a leading US doctor on the condition that i can provide you with, shall you be interested. But, base line is you have to be consistent and put a lot of hours on it. Also, there is a rod device and a suction vacuum one, that sticks on the glans. Hope i have been of help.

Hi
I bought a cheap one from eBay with that hose that holds head in with that hose.
After awhile it can hurt, leave skin sore. I try not to put it on tight.
You get used to it.
I was recommended 1 from a urology health store (301)378-8433
Think if you tell them you are a member of this group you get a discount.
I have not bought it yet.
I have no connection with them.
Think both about the same $$ more or less.
VED just pulls blood into penis. Maybe makes easier to get closer to a normal stiffy. i bought a good VED.
Stretcher I think maybe only can help you regaine length.
Been using my cheap 1 for a few months.
I think I am a bit longer from the stretcher. Not much.
Told I have to do it every day for a few hrs.
Will it last?
I don't know.
Will it get he a bigger implant that I will end up with I was before Ed?
I do not know.
Other guys on this site that know more than me. Need more time to see how this plays out.

Gain length again (regardless of EQ) by stretching with esl40, andropenis etc. Will improve eq also ...

Hey Guys:
Here's my humble opinion. ED, especially that caused by surgical damage, inhibits a very important part of the male health physiology, i.e., nocturnal erections. This natural occurrence exercises all parts of the penis on a regular basis, typically several times during sleep, maintaining the health of all involved penile tissues and nerves. As a man ages, this tends to deteriorate somewhat but still occurs, even if the host is not fully aware of it.
Enter surgical damage. No erection, concious or otherwise occurs multiple times daily. And, due to lack of exercise and blood flow, penile tissues and nerves atrophy, the penis shrinks and becomes less sensitive.
While injections are certainly close to a natural way to get blood flowing into the penile area, they are no substitute for normal nocturnal erections.
So, the best way to maintain penile size, IMO, is to use a vacuum device daily for a few minutes to overcome (as much as possible) the loss of the natural nocturnal erections.
A few months after pelvic surgery I noted a personal loss of both length and girth. After several months of using a VED at least once per day, I recovered the losses, as well as gained a 1/4 inch or so in length and a visible but unmeasured amount in girth. Many docs recommend this too. I limit the time at full vacuum to about 5-7 minutes.
Keep in mind, the penis, like any other organ in the body needs both exercise and a regular supply of blood to stay healthy. A healthy human male gets several nocturnal erections daily. While this deteriorates with aging, it never stops completely, except after surgical or other damage. Injecting helps, but nobody often enough to make a real difference.
Moral of story: Anything you can do to replicate the natural erection process will help maintain or even enlarge your penis as well as enhance sensitivity.

I totally agree with Big Eyes above. Great description of what happens. I have had prostate cancer and the treatment (even radiation like I did) can make the whole thing worse and even shorter from what i have read and experienced myself. I use a VED once a day as often as i can but not every day. I have been able to maintain existing length to pre cancer treatment dimensions but what I lost from just getting older with long term ED based on the mechanics described in big eyes post probably cost me an inch that I have never been able to get back. I probably started VED too late not understanding what was going on. IMO, if you have ED from whatever cause, using some type of stretching device can save what you got. Some guys do the daily dose of Cialis for that reason ie to keep blood in the penis. Its looks like a good strategy too.

The biggest problem is that guys do not think about atrophy and many docs don't really talk to them about it, --- until they bring it up months after their treatment. Think about what would happen to an arm or leg if you immobilized it for six months or so.
The old adage, "If you don't use it, you lose it." I use a VED every day to prevent loss even if I'm planning to inject that day. Daily Cialis also helps.
