Erection Question and advice?

Hello Guys.

I've been injecting trimix for over ten years with varying degrees of success. Using my current formulation of 40MCG,/30MG/1MG/ML I injecting 30 units, plus 10 mg of cialis for daily use, I have no problem achieving an erection during foreplay or after orgasm.

My problem is that once I apply a condom and achieve penetration I gradually go soft. It is less pronouncable if my partner is using a female condom..

If stimulation is manual or oral, I have no problem. So I think lack of sensitivity is the issue.

My question is would increasing the units I'm injecting help? Or should I talk to my pharmacist about increasing the strength of the trimix mixture?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I find the same thing happens to me with a condom....I usually buy the thinnest condoms ( BareSKin by Trojan) I can find to enhance the sensitivity...that and at times I find if I change positions with my lady, that can help as well...just my 2 cents..

sweetswing1,
You may have a mild case of "venous leak" ... try using a ring around just the base of your penis to see if it will maintain the erection.

I"ve used a ring before, same result, Bionic.

It feels like the stimulation to the head of my penis with the condom on is dulled.

sweetswing1,
I know several guys that apply the ring just prior to injecting ... if you have a venous leak ?? ... it (ring) may help to keep the Trimix in place ... rather than slowly leaking out. (I had this problem)

As for the sensation loss with a condom ... that pretty common. On your off days = non injecting ... try using a VED with the ring on, which should increase the size of your glans (head) ... bigger size = better stimulation. Then apply your condom and see if there is any difference.

sweets...

A tension band does not really work?? how can that be?

Anyways .. instead of a fixed band you can try a velcro strap .. look for 'fun with velcro' posting on here for particulars. Can really keep it at 100%... or even more.

Well, given what you said here, it doesn't appear to be a venous leak, since you get and maintain full erections under these circumstances.
Having said that, I use a ring for extra firm erections with trimix. Keep in mind, a ring *could* result in LESS sensitivity as well.
I would try an upgrade in the trimix or use more (5unit jumps) volume, but be very careful to insure you don't get a 6hr erection.

I would also suggest increasing the dosage in small increments until you achieve a reliable erection.
