Hi Frank,

Welcome!

You will get lots of advice here from users of both bimix and trimix (which is what I use). I would advise that you follow your doctor's advice and increase your dosage very slowly. I would not go from 0.5 to .20.

Try .10 tonight, then .15 after 1 or 2 days, and finally .20. We know you are anxious to see some real wood, but we don't want you headed to the hospital with a six-hour erection, either. Take it easy until you find out how your body responds to the drug. As you gain more experience you'll be able to perfect your dosing -- but go slow.

Keeping checking in with us to report on how you're doing.

Good luck!
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

Hi
You stated your dosage of bimix is
bimix pge12mcg pta1mg/ml

that does not sound like bimix. Bimix does not have pge1 in it.

Also Can you verify your mixture?
Is it pge1 2 mcg or is it pge 12 mcg?
That could make a big difference.

Irrespective of what they call it, may be you should verify the dosages with the pharmacist.
If it is 2 mcg for pge1, then the strength is very very low compared with usual dosage. The usual dosage for pge1 is about 10 mcg for most users and some users here have used up to 120 mcg (that is mega dose). Then that could explain why you have no reaction even with 0.2 ml. You may need a lot more than that.
But be safe, verify with the pharmacist what the exact drugs are and what the respective strength of each drug is in your prescription is before we can make any further comments.

Keep increasing your dosage until you see some results. Your last dosage -- .20 -- is 20 units on a 1 ML syringe. By comparison, my dosage is 100 units . Everybody is different. Maybe you will find that with your current formula, you'll need 100 units too. Keep experimenting until you hit the spot.

Frank53, how are you injecting yourself? Autoinjector or the conventional stick and plunger? The reason I ask is every time I used the autoinjector I missed the spot. I finally decided to just use the syringe to make sure I hit the spot. What I do is stick it in and pull the plunger out slightly and see if I see a little blood going back into the syringe (suggested by someone on this board). Once I see blood I press the plunger and all works fine. When I don't see blood I restick and repeat. This method has worked in every case except one.
Suffered with ED for most of my life. Viagra then to Trimix then implanted 3/8/2018 with AMX 700 CX 21cm with 1cm RTE. 50 years old Urolift procedure performed 30 day prior to my implant surgery.

I use a conventional 1ml syringe 1/2 in 30g. I did pull back to get a little blood. I may need a 5/16. I have a call in to my uro Dr. she has not returned my call yet. to verify the mix. thanks for info Guys
