I expected more from Bimix

Age 70, R.P June 2016, nerve sparing surgery via robot at UCSF, still incontinent.
Yesterday I went to UCSF and met Dr. Tom Lue (what a sense of humor he has) and discussed penile rehab as I am still limp. He gave my penis a shot of Bimix (the drug names went over my head). I got a 90% erection and he was elated. I was not as I was hoping for 100%. I asked him if he increased the dosage wouldn't it make the erection stronger. He said no. It would only make the erection last longer. The erection did not subside after 1/2 hour so his assistant (another urologist) drained some blood out of my penis and shot up another drug (I'm to lazy right now to look up the proper spelling of the drug) which caused the erection to fade. I was surprised to find the glans did not enlarge as did the body of the penis. I assumed the two were connected as they both have the spongy tissue that gets engorged with blood. Although the erection was stuffable I can't see how there can be much stimulation to the penis if the glans is not inflated. The assistant stated that during arousal and stimulation of the penis some chemical (I didn't catch the name) is released by the body and causes the glans to enlarge. That didn't seem correct to me. Has anyone heard this before? Even with manual stimulation I used to need a good sized glans in order to be stimulated enough for orgasm. I will go back to the doc in one month for a lesson on giving myself the shot. My wife is going to learn too. I am to continue taking rehabilitation drugs- Pentoxifylline (3 times a day) and Cialis (20mg twice a week) in the mean time. This will continue for months. I'm still leaning you can see.
