noticed there were discussions on this site about using trimix or other injections for rehabilitation of the penile erections.
Does it need to have ejaculation with the injection or just have erection with the injection is sufficient for rehabilitation?
Thanks

NB,
I think that the theory of using injections for rehab is a good one.
For me, I started injections too late probably -- after two years post surgery, although was trying MUSE and Trimix-gel early on but not regularly.
The question is, would you have to be doing it every night (to simulate natural nocturnal erections) to be effective? Would get pretty costly. But injections do increase real blood flow no doubt about that -- makes a very warm erection for along time.
I am not sure if you would have to ejac all the time -- although the time length of a injection erection is not shortened by ejaculating -- or only shortened a very insignificant time. But of course it is fun to ejac if you still can -- or even just a good ol' orgasm if you had prostate surgery.
It would be hard to prove if injection therapy really helped bring back erections ( for someone who had prostate surgery with spared nerves). It would always be unclear if it would have happened anyways with no therapy or the injection therapy really helped.
Give it a try, but don't delay.. every night counts.

just wondering when you had your prostate surgery? i had mine in march 2015 and have not regained erection ability. sometime i can get a semi and my wife and i have had sex on a couple occasions without injections. hard to get enough erection to masterbate at this point. i hear the two year mark is the max time for return. i am getting close.
thanks
