It is well known that for pde5 blockers like cialis and viagra to work you are required to be in the correct state of mind and be turned on mentally, unlike implants which work regardless of your mental state. As I'm dealing with a bit of depression lately Cialis has become unreliable. my question is do injections such as trimix also work regardless of mental state such as depression or performance anxiety?

I'll jump in here as a fairly new user of Trimix and tell you that injections are totally independent of libido as the medicine relaxes the blood vessels in the penis and allows blood to flow and create an erection. In other words you could have absolutely no desire to have sex with your partner and still have a firm erection.

I was also wondering if there might be a mental component to this, but really don't know. I only inject when I'm ready for action. I do miss the spot occasionally though, and usually it's when I can't draw back a little blood.

I would (my wife would) inject me before sex. No desire needed for erection but I am horney 24 7.
Intercourse was incredible while erection lasted (hours) but one day shots quit working.
Now I'm happily bionic (3 months now) No regerts.

I had bad performance anxiety to where the pills were useless. I switched to Trimix and that is all gone. I'll second what was said above, you don't have to any desire for sex for injections to work. The ONLY time they don't is when I miss the right spot. This can be minimized if you use the correct technique and draw a tiny amount of blood once you have injected the needle.

Injections certainly are effective independent of your mental desire. But the dosage needed is less dependent on your libido

As far as I'm concerned injections produce an erection no matter what the mental state. No need for arousal, no anxiety about staying hard.
