Finally going to a real uro

The guy I am seeing now is a PA, knowledgeable but not a doctor. My story is I started using bimix about 2 years ago, cause I was having a little trouble getting it up. At the time I did not have full blown ED, but it was frustrating. I fell in love with the convenience, so I was using it every time I wanted to have sex, kind became depended on it. My gf did too, so no foreplay.Well about 4 months ago it started not to work, so this PA prescribed trimix. Well, this worked at first but it started not working, so he just kept on increasing the strength a few times. Well the strongest trimix started failing, so he prescribed a rocket fuel quad mix which I have not ordered yet. I want to know what's going on, because I can't even stroke it to get hard now. So I called him today to ask about a Doppler test. He said they don't do that there so he referred me to this female URO which I made an appointment to see next Tuesday. I want to know for sure if I have a venous leak, or I have poor blood flow. I'm 61, and in relatively good shape. I am go to order the rocket fuel to see how it works. Maybe I am finally going to find out what's wrong, instead of trying to self diagnose myself.

Hello, good idea to seek a Urologist, she should be able to help determine the cause of your ED and the tolerance you seem to be building up with the trimix.
This May I will have been using trimix for 3 years with no increasing of the dosage. I take .13 ml (13 units), but at times it takes less, and other times slightly more. (maybe .02ml).
The only adverse effect is a very slight bend in my penis off to the right. But it's not problematical and it never increases.
I have had severe ED for 13 years now, and took Viagra for 10 years successfully before it stopped working. The primary causes of my ED are high blood pressure medications and diabetes.

I am curious as to what happens with a definitive diagnosis for your ED problem. There's a good chance that you'll also find out why you keep having to raise the dosage of the medication.

I don't have a bend, but it do feel a little bit of harness where I injected the most. I just hope that I didn't develop severe scarring from injecting. Doesn't feel like it, but I don't know for sure. I'll let you know what I find out.

I wonder if this is the reason that injections have become less effective.

Are you alternating sides each time you inject and varying the injection points?

I do now, but for a good time I was hitting the right side in the middle cause I got such good results.

THERE YOU GO! That's the problem in a nutshell. I alternate THREE different locations on EACH SIDE>>>SIX TOTAL with no problems.

So what's this mean, I haven't tried an injection for over 2 weeks. Are there any on here that having scarring and the injections are still working?

There is, at least in my opinion, a very high correlation with frequency of injecting in a specific area and scarring. Do you now have areas which are scar free that you can now inject? With alternating six sites and injecting twice a week, you only inject the same area every three weeks or so.
