Usually the Trimix formula is two larger numbers and a small one.

Is this correct or you have any other knowledge about the ingredients?

My formula is 40/30/2 which is too strong for me.

This is my Trimix history per the bottle label
Now (30-2-20)
Was (30-1-10)

Phentolamine 2 <duration>
Prostaglandin 20 <rigidness> other names Prostaglandin E1, PGE1 Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1)

Rigidness is mostly due to the PGE-1
Duration is due to the Phento.

My dose with a penis constriction ring is 25 units (without not usable any dose)

Don't think answer is simple since combo is synergistic and all dilate . Try LOWEST formula and work up.
