Hi there

Been using trimix for about a year with good result but today I injected and got blood dripping from my urethra. I still got a rock hard erection, but the blood freaked me out. Any ideas?

TIA

You went too deep and hit the urethra. Use shorter needle or change the angle and or location. Using autoject makes the shots more predictable and painless. My penis is just a little over a inch across before erection begins so I only use 5/16 needles because 1/2 would be too deep.
All the best!

Was the blood dripping right after injecting? If so, you may have just nicked the urethra....but to do that, you would have injected fairly low and at a steep downward angle as well

Thanks for info. Blood came right after injection. I did have a hard erection. I must have injected too low.

Good penis illustration. Best I've seen. Surely some of us trimix users have occasionally nicked or punctured that "deep artery" in the center of the cavernosa. And just as surely, the docs who prescribe the stuff know the artery is there. Has anybody heard a good explanation of why it's not seen as a risk factor?

I've never heard of them.

I can't find anything indicating problems with puncturing the central cavernous artery. Evidently, it's not a risk factor.
If it was, it would surely be well known and documented.

I have hit the urethra a few time. It is easy to do.
3 or 9 o'clock are the best angles.
Also the thickness varies along the length. When I am tired or nervous I make mistakes. Tremors don't help either.

Been there done that! Scary but harmless.
