Questions please I started out at .25 ml but bumped it up to .30 but still do not get as hard as I did when I was you younger. I would describe it 3/4 hard enough to get started but when we are going at it sometimes​ it starts to soften and I have to focus and get some more stimulation and I can get back to 3/4 or so. Do I need to up the dosage to .35 ml or more?

Up the dosage by 10 units. Also, as someone suggested, use a cock ring that can be easily removed when erect. I use one shown below with great success. Put it on so it's firm, but not tight right after injecting. It firms up when you inflate and can be easily removed while still erect.
