Weird reaction to tri and bimix

Postby fl36lmt » Wed May 17, 2017 1:51 am

Have found some excellent advice on this board, thrilled to have ran across it!

Just a little background, I can still get nocturnal erections, I mean sometimes they are 17 year old full veiny hammer nails with erections.
But, little guy works when he wants, and that is usually not when I want.
Have had trouble with decent hard on's for many years. (May be psychological and not physical)
No surgeries, but glucose issues. Over the past 2 years have lost weight, gotten in better physical shape, but still need pharmaceutical help for playtime.

OK, started with Tri-mix less than a year ago. Sort of worked, but horrible side effects.
Using a 100 unit (1cc) diabetic syringe, 17 units did not work, 20 units gave 3 hour erection and the burning pain after an hour.

Dr. reduced amount of Alprosadil (sp?) and less pain, but still the same issue, but much less pain of course.
Except, not everytime. Sometimes would have a 90 to 120 minute erection with no pain.

OK, the weird part, i would get a decent length, maybe 75%, but very little girth, like less than half.
But plenty hard enough even for anal sex.

I stayed away from injections for a few months, was scared.
Finally talk to my doc and she said I was already on the minimum amount of Alprosadil in the trimix and suggested I try Bi-mix.

So, Yes, Bi-Mix works and absolutely no pain.

The difference, higher dosage, (30 to 35 units) not a problem though.
The trimix started working wihin 5 minutes and worked on it's own.
Bi mix takes about 20 to 30 minutes to stiffen me up and even then I need sexual stimulation for full effect.

Erections last about 45 min to an hour. But, I get almost full girth and still about the same length.
Wife prefers girth, so she is happier, but that makes absolutely zero sense to me as to why Bi and Tri give me different thickness.

Anyway, this is my odd reactions to the meds. May try larger doses of Bi and see how it goes, zero pain is good.
Makes me not fear the injections any longer. Do not hesitate as much as I would with the Tri.

I know to avoid too much dosage as to get a trip to the emergency room.
But hope to work on fuller size.

Maybe I can try a small dosage of Cialis or Viagra earlier before injecting?
I have some of each. Viagra does nothing solo except give me heartburn.
And Cialis used to work, but stopped.

If Viagra or Cialis can give you a semi, I'd give them a try.
I used to do it that way, but it tended to make me sluggish that day.
I'm back to just quad-mix now, and have had good results.

effell,

That is a little mystery about BiMix taking so long to get up to speed.

First thing I would check on BiMix would be to make sure it is the maximum strength prescription.

It should be Papaverine 30mg/ml and Phentolamine 2mg/ml.
If less than those values ask your Uro for the full strength version.

The reason why these are the max values is that you can't really dissolve any more than that into 1 ml of water.

Also for a quick fix to your girth problem you can try adding a velcro cable strap around your whole package and cinch it up pretty good. Will hold back more blood from going out and swell up good. Do a search for 'fun with velcro' to get the right type with a loophole in one end. Other guys use cockrings but you can't beat the price on a cable strap at least to try it out and see if it works.

Thanks!
It is the 30/2 mix
But, hey, at least it works good enough and doesn't hurt.

Now, the pain with tri-mix, with the 2nd batch of reduced PGE-1, the pain was a dull ache after quite some time that reminded me of being younger and getting like a 3rd or 4th erection with a short period of time. I guess form being too hard too long.

Either way, not an issue (yet) with the bi-mix.
Again, thanks for the advice!

eff,

For some the Alprostadil Ache subsides after months (or years!) . Yeah you probably don't want to suffer for years.

One other thing to look into. Using a VED pump as a supplement to exercise your penis and get it used to being really expanded and hard can also help reduce the ache from the shots. When using a pump and everything is stretched to the limit you will get the same kind of ache as you had with the Trimix shot (but will go away when reduced vacuum of course).

I use shots but also try to use a VED regularly -- it will also help greatly with girth over time.

Does not have to be a Medical Grade pump .. but a hundred dollar one is fine .. or build one from parts and a brake bleeder vac pump if you are handy.
