Looking for Pharmacy for Trimix with 0.5 mcg PDE-1

My Trimix Rx was for 30mg/10mcg/1mg and caused terrific pain, which I know is from the PDE-1 (10mcg). As I titrated up from 10u to 45u, it came close to producing an erection satisfactory for intercourse, but the pain was so bad I couldn't even attempt it.
Uro switched me to Bimix (30mg/1.5mg). No pain, but no success as I titrated up to 50u. I asked if we could go back to Trimix, but wth the PDE-1 at 5mcg, to reduce pain. Uro said the best he could find was a pharmacy that would compoud with the PDE-1 at 8.3.
So my questions are:
Is anyone using Trimix 30mg/5mcg/1.5? Is that a standard Trimix formulation? Can anyone share the name of a pharmacy that compounds this? And most importantly, does anyone have any advice around this?
Thanks.
Bob

I use two pharmacies. You can try
www.olympiapharmacy.com. They make custom mixes or I have had good luck with University Pharmacy
www.ucprx.com. Had good luck with both of them. They may not be as cheap as other's mentioned on here (Talon) but service is good.

I don't know if they'll ship to your location but the one I use, Coastal, does some custom, as they do mine. I think prices are reasonable:
http://www.coastalcompoundingpharmacy.com/contact.php . Call a few Pharms, I'm sure you'll find one to do what you need.

A compounding pharmacy will compound any formula your doctor prescribes. You need to get your doc to write the prescription you want.
I use Avella Pharmacy in Phoenix which charges me $80, including shipping, for 10 ml.

As stated, the medications are compounded, meaning they can make them any strength they want (theoretically). If for some reason they refuse to go lower than 10mcg per ml (which I believe is the common lowest starting formula) ask if they can just add some more sterile water to dilute it. That way they don't have to ale a special batch just for you.

My puter is off to Dell so on phone. A follow-up to the link to Coastal I posted earlier. They will do any custom mix for 120 bucks for 10ml in 10 1ml vials and includes 20 syringes. They only ship to Fl, Ga, MA and NY.
