When you take a loaded syringe out of the refrigerator how long can it be out of the cooler temp before it can't be used?

If I remember well someone wrote it here that Trimix deteriorates at 17% per week at room temperature.
All the best!

PGE1 is the only element of trimix that deteriorates if not refrigerated. The degradation is slow and would not be significant after 24 hours unless stored at very high temperatures e.g. above 25 deg C / 77 deg F. In effect trimix gradually turns into bimix as the PGE1 element becomes smaller thus will still work but not as well.

I have researched Trimix pretty thoroughly and have never seen any studies on deterioration rates. I would say the 17 percent number is someone's estimate or guess.

A general rule of thumb is to avoid leaving the drug out of the refrigerator for more than three hours.

On the other hand, I have accidentally left vials out overnight without any noticeable deterioration. Other guys here have reported accidentally leaving a vial or syringe in a hot car with no problem.
