I seem to have a hard time :) trying to figure out what dosage to use. If I shoot up in the morning 10:00 AM 4 units works but goes down after 30 minutes. If I inject at 10:00 PM I am rock hard with pain until 2 or 3 AM. I am also experiencing more pain than I used to.
My mix is Papaverine 30 MG/ML, Phentolamine 1MG/ML, Prostaglandin (E1) 20 MCG/ ML and I am down to 4 units per injection

Interesting scenario as I have injected at different times of the day and the results don't seem to vary. Injections does affect everyone a little different though. May consult with your Uro to see if anything else is going on. Good luck!

At least if you have a consistent pattern you can play with the dosage and adjust for your circumstances.

The time of day shouldn't matter. That's the first time I have heard of that happening. Are you injecting the exact same amount each time? Are you taking any other ED drugs? How often are you injecting? Do you ever inject twice in one day?

Testosterone levels are higher in the morning than in the evening but I would think that would have an opposite effect. I know when my levels are low, injections don't work as well.

Thanks for a ll of the feedback. I do inject the 4 units each time, probably once every 10 days, no other ed meds.
I can and will drop to 3 inits some night and hope for the best.
I am still not understanding how recently I have quite a bit of pain during and after sex???? The Dr shot me up with 6 units the first time and there was no pain. Could me trimix be changing over time? It has been 4 months in the refrigerator.

Thanks again

The medicine affects guys in different ways. Your formula is a standard blend but it may be too strong for you. Try going down to 2 units and see what happens. The only other thing I can think of is to step down to weaker formula and see if that helps. More units of a less powerful blend may be the right ticket for you.

Some pain is normal when you're first starting out. But that may go away over time. Stay with it. Don't give up.
