Injecting since March 2017 having good erections lasting 3 hours or so. But since day one always have some pain in head but nothing I can't handle. Now I'm not sure if it's pain I feel or just that the head is very, very sensitive. So sensitive that just touching the underwear hurts. Any ideas? I'm injecting Trimix .04-.05
Thanks guys.

Hey guys help me out here. I always received good responses from you. I can't be the only one with this problem. If I am then I guess a call to my uro is in order. Thanks.

May want to have Dr cut back % PGE to reduce ache/pain. What is your formula now? I see that you inject very little...4-5 units?
If that lasts 3 hrs, then it's pretty damn strong and /or you're very sensitive. So reducing formula potency (PGE/Alprostadil component) may help...even if you have to inject a bit more with that.

Aglandin 50mg, Papaverne 30mg, Phentolamine 1.5mg.ml is what I can read off the bottle.

That's your problem! 50ug (not MG) of prostaglandin (PGE-1) is very strong...go to 10ug(with 30mg PAP and 1mg Phent) and maybe inject 10- 15 units.

Airpirate please post your findings from your Dr. I have the same issues that you do and it would be cool to hear what your Dr says.

Actually I never did talk to the Dr. but I did reduce amount of trimix and it seemed to reduce pain quite a bit. I think that did the trick.
