Flaccid or Semi Erect for needle insertion?

What do you guys find best,semi erect,if you can,seems better for avoiding blood vessels.

Speaking only for myself and my experience....
Completely flaccid. I pull the head out and stretch as far as I can.
Insert needle, inject, remove needle
release penis.. massage meds in for a second or two.
done
I use a 1/2" needle

I like to be a bit plump. I stopped using a little Viagra due to side effects like feeling slow all day.

Flaccid, but I don't really have another option. I guess I could use a VED first but as soon as my dick sees the needle it's flaccid again. I do stretch it a bit, looking for vessels, so I don't drill through any but I don't stretch a whole bunch. I don't stretch a bunch as I don't want my stretch tension changing while in the process of injecting.

Flaccid, mostly because that's just my natural state anymore, but I do pull the skin back as far as possible and inject close to the base. I hold pressure on the site for about two minutes then "roll" my penis between both hands like rolling out dough if you can imagine. Swelling will start right away until full hard within 10 -15 minutes.
Then let the fun begin!

I think it's best to *plump* up a bit..not semi erect but *full* looking. I get that by messaging and thinking about what will occur very soon
. This way you can better spot the location and veins to avoid.
