First trimix shot!

I obtained my first trimix vial and administered a self injection. I was given PAP17.65/PHE0.59/PGE5.9. And told to take 20 units (.2ml) I tried .11 to start with... and it gave me a raging boner for 2 hrs. And now at the 4 hr mark... it's still up and hard... but on the way down.

I guess I will experiment with maybe .10 ml next time. Or maybe even .08 ml. I am just buying some time before an implant. But trimix does work for me- for now. Except for the soft glans. Which I don't think is too big of a deal.

Without the knowledge from this forum, I would never have ventured to do this. Very happy with the results today.

Ok... question for you guys. It's been 5 hrs since I got this shot. Still have a hard on which starts to subside if I walk around. But when I sit down, it comes raging back on. Too Sudafed. No effect yet. It's going up and down. Is this time for an ER visit? Or should I not worry as it's fluctuating?

You are fine if it has been going slightly soft when walking around.

Only issue is if it stays almost painfully hard .. starts to get cold ... and no amount of exercise can bring it down ...

So by now I guess you are ok?

I don't think you have a problem as long as the erection is coming and going like you describe. Priapism is a rigid cold hard that will not change regardless of what you do so as long as your penis is warm and changing in hardness you are ok. Actually, a true priapism is only after 6 hrs or so and then maybe not.

You can take take up to 4 Sudafed 30 mg which will help as well. Make sure they are not the time release ones. Also, Trimix is something you will have to experiment with to get it dialed in right. I would drop way back to maybe 5 units and see what happens. You can increase it a few units at a time, if needed, to get the results you are looking for. The ideal is the smallest dose you can take and have an erection to allow you to have the duration you desire. Hang in with it and good luck.

Sudafed of course. I've also found that choking the chicken for a 2nd O also seems to help it go down sooner. Of course you should have the issue resolved by now.

Thanks for the tips! Sudafed and hitting the gym eventually did the trick. Luckily no embarrassing ER visit!

Glad you didn't waste time and $$$ going to ER. Sudafed really doesn't do much (at least for me). Walking up and down stairs helps. I wouldn't worry if it's 5-6 hrs duration. Mine last that long...usually waivers between hard and bendable, depending on posture and activity level. Looks like you're very responsive to Trimix....great! As far as *soft glans*>>>>use a cock ring.
