Do venous leaks develop slowly over like months or years? Or would it suddenly come on 1 day?
What are the signs and symptoms of venous leak? How do you know you may have it without doing tests?
How would injections react differently if you develop venous leak?

Dude,
With injections, if you can get a hard dick but can't keep it, or your erection is not as hard even if you increase the doseage, you have venous leak. Some men use a VED and like it. I hated it and so did my wife. The implant was my last resort. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

I think you have to be careful with thinking venous leak can just come on one day where you notice a drastic change. There are so many variables to consider with the whole sexual act and then add in ED, injection technique, your mood, anxiety, potency of the Trimix..I have been injecting about 5 years and there were times I was convinced it no longer worked...and then Walla! it would do it's job. I know guys on the board here say anxiety doesn't effect Trimix but I beg to differ.. I can still achieve a firm erection with 100mgs of Viagra...but only when I'm alone...soon as I know I'm going to be with my partner my anxiety goes up so I inject...but she's much younger than me and when I get concerned about whether I'm meeting her needs..the injection erection is not the best. Suitable for penetration..but not rock hard. I guess the best thing to do would be to get tested for venous leak and then you'll know whether or not you have it. Frankly, I think every guy in their 50's 60's and 70's has it to some degree. Blood vessels just deteriorate with age and if you have an underlying circulation problem I would venture to say you have venous leak. A lot of guys on here swear by using a cock ring after you inject...I tried it recently and my erection was harder but I developed a bruise...Do you plan to get tested for it?

Wouldn't he do whatever is necessary to diagnose your symptoms?
