Had pain with Trimix-mix. Got Bimix from lab today. 1mg-30mg. Bottle said to inject 10 units. Thought that dose was low. Injected the 10 units. Got nice and plump but to soft. I thought Bi-mix needed more quanity than trimix . I a have ALL NERVES removed. Any suggestion as to dose?? Double it to 20 or take smaller steps??

It seems odd, frankly, that neither your urologist nor your pharmacist gave you "what if" instructions. We can all tell you what we did and how it worked, but I think you need to have a chat with the doc first.
FWIW, my first injection--in the office--was 30 units and that was WAY too much. Per instructions from the doctor, my next one was 15, then 10, then 9,8,7, etc until I found the right results I wanted. My experience with Trimix is that I can adjust the dosage up or down depending on whether I'm planning on a quickie or a all-nighter with Shania Twain and 2 or 3 of her closest friends. Yes, that's not happening, but you get the idea.
I am curious about the pain you had with trimix. I'd like to know what the doc said about that.
All the best.

I was asking about bimix antelope, I know about trimix and ramping up or down. The PGE3 in trimix causes sever pain in 30% of patients according to Lab and URO. Looking for info from someone with NO NERVES at all that uses bimix. The lab marked the bottle 10 units but I do not know if they know that I have no nerves at all. You guys with just ED have a little head start.

I use Bimix and have some nerves working. Not enough to get a firm erection. I'm prescribed 15 units but experimented up and down. I settled for 14 units. If I want a longer lasting erection I go to 16 units. I never need an erection for marathon (hours) sex so I have not tried more. Just need enough to getter done. Try booking to 11 or 12 units.

Thanks Raggalman. Going to try 15 units next. Was surprised with the 10 unit start point after reading the posts that said one would need much more bimix because the PGE! in trimix does the heavy lifting and I was prescribed 20 units of trimix.

15 units not much better than 10. Pharmacist advised to keep jumping up 5units at a time. Well, I am creating blood flow which is good. I dislike that suction device. Trudge on!

Tried 20 units today still plump. anybody out there using BI-MIX that has had ALL NERVES REMOVED. For follow up, I googled the question and found an old (healing well forum). Crazy, I was advised at healing well to go to Frank talk where I started this question. Seems the average is 30 to 50 units with nerves. Going to jump 10 units on next move.

Finally got a answer over at healing well. If 20 did the job with trimix, then the start point would be closer to 40 units with bimix.

Tried 30 units yesterday. Still not useable. Have a question?? First time this happened. put in needle as usual but could not force plunger. Repositioned needle with a firm jab, then plunger could be pushed. Is this what happens when needle is part way through the tunica???

Never try to force the plunger. There should be only mild resistance. You clearly weren't all the way into the CC. Often a little extra resistance and twinge of pain as it pierces the tunica, but certainly not always.
