Injections have been terrific for me as far as I'm concerned , but not so much for the women I've been lucky enough to use them on .. Now , all seem pleased with my stamina as I can effortlessly maintain a erection like a porn star BUT .. Recently I've been getting asked why am I not able to reach orgasm .... Yeah, Its all but impossible for me to ejaculate.. I've tried myself about 4 times with no success .. Now , I believe this may have to do with the head of my penis not swelling from my Trimix injection because it stays soft and spongy and really not sensitive as it is when it's swollen, but I'm just guessing that's the problem.. lady friends are starting to take it personal, making them feel like they are not good enough to make me ejaculate.. I keep assuring them that it's not the case and they are plenty good enough and I don't mind as long as I get the job done for them im satisfied .. And honestly , it's the truth.. But they are not buying it , and taking it to the heart.. So the "Double edge sword" I'm extremely happy with the fact that for the first time in over a year I'm able to achieve a penetration grade erection with Trimix.. And not only that... I can maintain the erection like never before .. Would I like to be able to orgasm , Yes .. Does it bother me that I don't , No , not really because I figured I was pleasing the woman and that's all I wanted if nothing else .. But apparently this is a issue with my partners I never would have expected.. Any suggestions or anyone else have this Dilemma ? I've been honest , Both know I'm using medication for the erection but don't know the details.. I've went as far as to say "It's a possible side effect" of using the medication but both said basically the same thing .. "Well then, I don't see the point of using it if u can't orgasm" after all isn't that what both strive to reach .. Always something!

I have a similar situation. I basically always have to masturbate myself to finish. I do t mind though because having a girl next to me gives me a very intense orgasm and they are loving it too. Trimix often provides such a hard erection that we lose sensitivity.
Just a few things that help me to get there:
Have to be attracted to her and have a good connection.
Maybe lower the Trimix unit. You may not get that hard, but could have more sensitivity.
I can come easier in certain positions (doggie style)
If you guys trust each other and use contraception not using condom helps.
Relax: having your mind in something else will postpone orgasm.

I'm of the impression that experiencing some difficulty reaching the big O with an injection induced boner is fairly common. PE was never a concern for me but sometimes I think I'd welcome that dysfunction.

Cigar, my wife is 76 going on 77 in Dec. She has always had a strong sex drive, but not too imaginative if you get my drift.
I don't know if she keeps me young or I keep her young. I can tell she likes it every other day. She'd never admit it, but her body says otherwise.

Yeah, I hear that... I never considered myself having a PE problem either ,but I never was able to hang in there as long as I would have liked either... Like I mentioned, Now I'm feeling great about my stamina but it's bothering my partners that they can't get me to the point of ejaculation.... Like I said... It's always something!

As u guys know I'm fairly new to all this and I truly believe with some tweaking of medication strength and dosage I feel I'll be able to solve most of my problems.. Extremely grateful for learning about Trimix and for all you guys sharing your knowledge and willingness to help newbies like myself ..
