I've been using Caverject for about 3 years now. Because of my venous leak, my erections never stay at 100% for more than 1 minutes at a time. After 1 minute, it comes down to 70-80%. It's not the best scenario but it's still 10 times better than using the pills.

I decided to combine it with Cialis lately. I took 5mg of Cialis daily for 7 days. Then I injected 20mcg of Caverject. About 10-15 minutes posts injection, I felt a lot of pain in my penis. I always feel a little bit of pain when using Caverject but nothing compared to this. It's weird because it's not like my erection was stronger. My erections still didn't stay at 100% for more than 1 minute at a time. So I don't understand what caused that pain. That horrible pain lasted until my penis went completely flaccid, which took a good 2 hours. I had to go under cold water in the shower to speed up the process cause the pain was really bad. I decided to keep taking 5mg of Cialis daily to make another experiment. A few days later, I injected another 20mcg of Caverject. The same horrible pain came back.

I then stopped taking Cialis for 4 days and used Caverject again. This time, it went back to normal. So the culprit had to be Cialis.

Anybody experienced the same thing?

On your issue with down to 70-80% ... as mentioned a cock ring can fix that.

But I use a velcro cable tie instead will get you to 110% quickly -- so much so that you have to back off some.

They are nice because they are infinitely adjustable and so cheap (3 bucks for a pack of ten at Lowes or Home Depot .. and also on-line but more expensive there.

really good price .. and plenty for months and months of use.

8" may not sound like enough to get around whole balls and cock package but it JUST makes it for me and with cinching has a .5 to 1 inch overlap due to squeezing things down down. Your anatomy might vary ... It helps to get it cinched BEFORE you are inflated to max. Then you may have to adjust if it is squeezed too much and too painful hard on full inflation -- which will of course be your lucky day!

Bldoink, what you wrote makes a lot of sense. I have stopped using Cialis for now but might give it another try using less alprostadil. By the way, from what I read, Papaverine might cause less pain than Alprostadil. Have you tried it? I'd like to give it a try because even when using alprostadil without Cialis, it still gives me a lot of aches.

JimStars, thanks a lot for sharing that idea. I have tried cock rings in the past but find it very hard to put on when erect. I usually lose my erection by the time I'm able to put the ring on. The velcro might be a good alternative. I'll give a try and report my results.
