What is a standard trimix script??

my script was;; 8.3 prostaglandin , .83 mg phentolamine and 22.5 mg papaverine Is that weak. The PGE1 gave me extreme pain. Next script for bimix was;; 1mg phentolamine and 30 papaverine. Was up to 30 units and bimix was not doing the job. Totally confused about descriptions of scripts. mentioned here.
