Just tried again today with 4 units. Worked almost right away what a relieving feeling! Now when we go back to trying to conceive I feel such less pressure knowing it'll 'just be there'. I definitely noticed that laying down causes it to dissipate a little but you just need some stimulation - while standing it gets right to work. Experiment a little as you get more comfortable. If four units gave you a 1-hour erection, then six minutes could give you 90 minutes and your penis will likely stay hard even after you ejaculate.

Glad it worked for you... As mentioned remember the angle and depth of injection... One thing u mentioned in your post raised a eyebrow though... You mentioned that if on your back your erection starts to go away... Usually but not always a sign of a venus leak also the fact that when you stand erection comes back.. Also a indication. But it also could just be the dosage amount u are using.. Did u ever experience this during a natural occurring erection? Have u ever had a Doppler ultrasound performed at your Urologist ? If not u may want to consider having one done .. It's painless takes only a few minutes .. Anywho.. Glad to hear u had success! Now u can experiment by slightly increasing dosage and trying to Target different area's to inject while alternating sides... Yea the urologist ruled out the venous leak he said it is the anxiety - I think just 4 units being so low led to it getting softer while on back. Just feels good to know there is something that can help me conquer this psychogenic ed. We actually had success two weeks ago naturally due to feeling no pressure etc. Once this conceiving business gets out of the way I'm certainly hopeful and expecting to go back to my old self. I will keep everyone updated as I need to make sure I do the angle and everything consistently and alternate sides (I noticed not going in all the way with the half inch helped a ton as I think I went too far the last time) - but trimix can be an absolute life saver to your pysche and confidence it's incredible.
