It has been a journey lasting more than a year, but I have finally perfected my injection technique for 100 percent success. Part of the problem was finding the right formula. After several prescriptions I am now on a 30-3-80 formula (Papervine/Phentolamine/Alprostadil). I'm actually considering stepping up to 30-3-100 when I see my urologist this week -- if she'll prescribe it.

I like my urologist a lot, but I realize now that a big part of my slow learning curve is because she had very little experience prescribing Trimix. She started me on an incredibly watery mix, and it has taken all this time to get to the 30-3-80 formula that is working so well.

So, if 30-3-80 is working, why move up? Well, like everybody I'm looking for the perfect 10 erection. I'd like my penis to point out straight from my body when erect, at say the 3 o'clock position. Right now it tilts slightly downward to about 4 o'clock. I would rate my Trimix erection right now at about an 8-9 and I would like to get to 9-10.

Am I asking for too much? Currently after injecting my penis swells to great girth including the head. Wifey literally gasped the first time she saw it.

So I am thinking of taking one last step up on the formula. I have never had any problems with priapism, and I am not experiencing any pain from the injections currently. (Thanks Autoinject 2!).

I do hear of some guys getting erections so impressive that their penis points up to about 2 o'clock.You know how us guys are. Never satisfied!

I would appreciate any thoughts. Should I leave well enough alone or experiment with the higher dosage for a whiile?

How many units of that mix are you using?

Mine points to almost 2:00 after meds take full effect and after some stimulation. I'm using mono-mix (straight alprostadil) at 80 mc/ml and currently taking 8 to 12 units of the latest batch, depending on plans. The 8 units gives me a solid 8 out of 10 for an hour or so. I was up to 15 units of the previous batch with it being 5 months old. I do keep it frozen.

Yeah, the injections do make for a thick dick.

Thanks for the insight. Looks like you're really dialed in well on your formula. Congrats! When I first started out with my uro, the formula was so weak that I was injecting 125 units a pop. Yes, 125 units on two needle pricks! Thank goodness I have come a long way since then.

On my current formula I'm using 10-30 units depending on how long I want the erection to last. Thirty units is good for close to two hours. Ten units is good for about 45 minutes. The quality of the erection is the same no matter how much I inject. Only the duration changes.

I'm not sure why I require so much more of the drug than other guys here. Not only do I require more of the drug, but the strength of my script is much higher than most. The good thing is that I have never had a prolonged erection and I am not experiencing any pain.

I think I am going to try the 100-3-30 if my uro will write the script. I'm eager for a boner standing up at 2 o'clock!

If I understand your post correctly your mix contains the same amount of alprostadil, at 80mc/ml, as my mono-mix. As the alprostadil is the most potent ingredient of tri-mix I consider your mix to be somewhat comparable to what I use. Your 10 to 30 range overlaps my 8 to 12 (15 on old batch). So to me the amount you inject doesn't seem that excessive.

I'm boned to the max and it's close to 2:00 but that's because my dick has a curve up near the end. The main shaft is at 3:00. I don't think you'll get more rise on your dick than it is now by increasing potency of formula. Especially if it' s already rigid.
